I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I expected an overpriced menu and skimpy portions of mediocre food. What I got was some pretty hearty portions of food with lots of flavor. We had a party of 8 so we got a wide range of tastes. The Tai salad was real good as was the Fiesta salad, both were much bigger than I expected. A few people ordered the salmon and it’s size looked reasonable to me. The pizzas where more than enough for individuals dinners.As mentioned elsewhere, the appetizers were not huge, but hey, they are appetizers. The desserts were actually too much. It might have been nice if the server let us know they were big enough for two to share. The prices were about what I expected based on the fancy setup, but I felt Ok with it based on the quality of the for and service. I would and will return again.
Cold, drafty, noisy and overpriced. A clear case of form over function. Twigs would do well to add some sound absorbent panels to the ceiling and ban noisy little kids. Service was also a bit slow for a less than half full room. This was a reconnaissance for a group event which will now be scheduled elsewhere.
We keep going back so we must like it. The atmosphere is good. No food item really stands out in my mind. However they do seem to always have delicious sauces and dressings. Date night.

Great food. I was skeptical due to the low rating but we stopped in at Twigs for dinner. The food was awesome. The roasted garlic Gorgonzola burger was excellent and perfectly charred. Calamari was delicious. I would highly recommend the food here. The wait staff left something to be desired, our waitress was great but it was awkward getting seated there and seemed like we were an annoyance to the hostess.
The BEST IN UTAH. Anybody that has any negative feedback didn’t eat at the Twigs Bistro in Utah.Our service has ALWAYS been top notch period. Food is off the chart and love this place!!
I love this place!. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I have been to this place many times for lunch and have had something new each time. I have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is fun. This isn’t chili’s so it is a little more expensive but its worth it.
