Best shakes. My grandsons and I evaluated every shake place in Garden City. After trying all of the raspberry shakes in town over a two week period, we all rated Quick N Tasty #1 by a large margin.
Inferior raspberry shakes. I agree with the others here, Quick N Tasty’s shakes are too light on the raspberries and a major letdown. La Beau’s across the street makes the best in town.
Slow N NotSoTasty. My wife and I stayed at Bear Lake for our anniversary this year, and decided to try out the variety of raspberry shakes that Garden City is (relatively) famous for. We had to wait quite a while, first to order, then to receive our shakes. When we got them, we immediately noticed how inferior these raspberry shakes were to those of Jake’s across the street, so we threw these in the garbage and went back to Jake’s for the real deal. Mind you, the shakes of Quick-N-Tasty weren’t bad, they just taste like ice cream with some raspberries thrown in, while the shakes at Jake’s taste like raspberries with some ice crream thrown in.
Very good shakes! And their prices are much better than La Beaus across the street. They also have a variety of sizes which was very appealing to us.
I need to try again **. After we waited in line for about 30 minutes, we didn’t like the raspberry shakes. Our shakes had more milk taste then raspberry flavor, although you could see they were fresh raspberry’s. I think that because that day was a busy one for the business, the product quality probably suffered… everyone says it is the best place in Bear Lake for a raspberry shake …
