The bar tenders boyfriend came into the bar went outside to smoke and came back inside smelling like marijuana! You could already smell alcohol on his breath.Totally unprofessional for them to allow an employees family come in like that when they represent the bostons name
Wow, I was really disappointed with this place. After waiting 10 min to even be greeted, the food we ordered was cold. Ordered sweet potato fries with both meals and neither of ours were even remotely warm. The Chicken sandwich I ordered was a joke, the chicken wasn’t even half the size of the bun it came on, so needless to say I was full on a bread sandwich before even getting to the chicken!! I will not be returning here, apart from the bad food the server didn’t even check on us until it was time to pay!!
Great Service. I tried this place for the first time today and was surprised by the reviews I just read as I sat down to my computer (change of management perhaps?). Several stated that the service was seriously lacking. When we ate there today (a Friday evening nonetheless) we were promptly seated and a server came by shortly and took our order for drinks. When he came back with drinks we ordered a cheese pizza, Boston Cheese Fries ( an appetizer), grilled salmon, chicken pesto flat bread, and the Italian sampler (lasagne, fettucini alfredo, and chicken parmesan). They surprised me with how quickly they brought us the cheese fries. I thought they were great! I like a lot of stuff on my fries and it had bacon, cheese, jalapeno, chives, etc. We had just enough time to whet our appetite when our entrees were at the table. My son loved his salmon (didn’t even give me a chance to taste it). The other two kids really enjoyed their cheese pizza (I did taste that. I thought the crust was quite good, the sauce was average, and the cheese was decent and well proportioned). My wife’s Italian sampler was respectable but didn’t stand out (the lasagne had good ingredients but lacked some spices that usually add more Italian flavor to the dish, the breading on the parmesan chicken was good but again the sauce lacked a little flavor, and the fettucini alfredo was bland). My chicken pesto flatbread was the highlight of the meal in my opinion. The pesto was quite good, the crust was good, and the flavors blended very well. All things considered it was an enjoyable experience and I will be going there again. The service was exceptional, the food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly.
Very good pizza!. I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the pizzas I’ve tried here. Only bummer is the kids they have working here really don’t care. It’s hard to get service. They should take better care of their customers.
Save your money and don’t eat here. Restaurants only get one chance to make a first impression and my first impression was that 19 year olds were running the place. I really don’t like being treated as though I’m putting the server out by eating at their establishment, especially when I’m a paying customer. The food was really not that amazing, it was like Applebee’s. I honestly get better service at the drive thru McDonalds.
Fun hangout. The service is ALWAYS slow. But I love to go and spend a few hours there drinking the beer and hanging with friends. I do only reccomend the pizza and appetizers. Pasta isn’t anything special. The nachos are amazing, best nachos I have ever had!
