Long wait for amazing food. So the wait to order and get our food was long they only had one person at the cash register and the line was out the door as well as it took a while to get our food but in the end it was so worth it the bacon blue burger was amazing I loved it! I will come back regardless of the long wait.
2 ice cream cones takes 20 minutes. I don’t have a full week off to order a burger. Unbelievably slow service without a smile.09 Feb, 2013SLOW & horrible overall service!The Lehi location has the worst service. With 3 cars ahead of us, it took 20mins to get 2 ice cream cones. When we got to the window the girl had time to text on her phone & chat it up with other employees rather than grab our ice cream. We sat at the window for 5 minutes, finally I honked (it took 2 honks) to get her attention. She blamed the delay on the girl working the soft-serve machine. I’m guessing she voted for Obama as well.
Decent food, terrible service. I enjoy their food, but their customer service at the Lehi, UT. location in particular is terrible! It is a bunch of irresponsible, young punk high school kids. I had a terrible experience where the cashier handed me the wrong receipt, and when they called the actual number and I tried to claim it they wouldn’t give me the food. It sat there getting cold for 15 minute while I sat there and got heated. They would not give me the food because my receipt did not show the correct order. The manager tried to give me the cold food. Then, the puck 16 year olds glared at me and my family smirking the entire time we ate. Very unimpressed and will never go back.
Great burgers. So tasty and so big. Fries are good too. The price is also reasonable

Very good old fashioned burger!. Love to go there when we are out at Thanksgiving Point! They have a nice variety of hamburgers! Really clean, nice looking place!
