I’ve been there several times since they opened. It definitely took them a while to get a hang of things, and the service was fairly poor to begin with, but they have steadily made progress. The cheesesteaks are good. The bread they use is a perfect cheesesteak roll and brings it up to where it should be. They have good battered fries that pair extremely well with their slightly spicy fry sauce.
If you are looking for authentic cheesesteaks this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a roastbeef sandwich or mediocre meatballs than this is the place for you. Very disappointed in my experience… The cheese was not even melted on our sandwiches!
Good cheesesteaks…just need a little doctoring. Same stuff as the original. Big, tasty cheesesteaks on Italian rolls. A little bland, but there are plenty of condiments on hand for doctoring it to taste. The various pickled peppers, salt (really needed salt), and the jalapeno sauce really did the trick. Nice big location with plenty of space and parking. Easy access from the freeway.
