Aggie Ice Cream is the bomb!. I have eaten Ice Cream at nearly every one of the major land grant universities dairy labs in this country. I know that Penn State’s is reputed to have the best and, believe me, it is good. But Aggie Ice Cream is simply the best I’ve enjoyed. And way better than that imposter at the Creamery in Provo.. At 14% butterfat Aggie Ice Cream had better be good! It’s the creamiest I have ever sampled and the many flavors are wonderful. Never grainy (like NCState’s) and always smooth. People complain a little about the price, but this is a premium ice cream, not some low-fat, high pumped-in-air model you buy in the grocery store. Now, if they would just bring back the Jamocha Almond Fudge I would be a very happy person!

Great Ice cream, good cheese!. Really love Aggie Ice cream. Their chocolate isn’t too sweet, (it’s more cocoa-y), and their vanilla is full of flavour; haven’t tried their other varieties because I love those two basics so much! Cute little shop within easy walking distance of main campus. We order a cheese box every year at Christmas time. They have the absolute best Summer Sausage hands down; puts all the rest to shame, and I really love Old Ephraim too, as well as their little chocolates. Great local institution, and you can buy Aggie’s Ice cream at Lee’s!
