Delish!. I love Charlie’s’ shakes! They have really fun flavors like coconut cream pie and apple pie. The service there is also very nice, they;re not intimidating and don’t mind sharing their opinions about the food. But overall the ice cream is to die for!
Pretty nice. I really enjoy Charlie’s Ice Cream. Their shakes are really good; best I’ve had in Cache Valley as a matter of fact. Their yogurt is certainly not the best thing in the world, so you know what? I don’t order it. The girls who work there are super cute and nice when you come in. They make the shakes really really fast. That’s super nice when you’re in a hurry. I’ve found that if they ever make a mistake they always try to fix it as best they can. Is it perfect? I don’t think so. But it has character, and I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite places to get ice cream. My experience at Charlie’s was quite enjoyable and I will return there often, for sure.

Good ice cream, awful customer service. I really love to go to Charlie’s for their ice cream and shakes (they have great shakes!) but I’m always torn when I go there because the customer service is really unacceptable. I have only seen two of the girls who work there smile and they always look ticked when you walk in the door. Most of the girls are not friendly at all! From the moment you walk in the restaurant, it seems you are inconveniencing them.They also begin their process of closing the restaurant way before it closes; this includes vacuuming while you are eating your ice cream, windexing the windows over your food, and refusing to give you service if they’ve already started cleaning their machines. I really do like their product but am very disappointed with their employees. This kind of customer service is simply unacceptable.
Good cream. I think Charlies has the best ice cream in town! They’ve been in business over 20 years and many other ice cream places have come and gone but Charlie’s has stood the test of time. Everytime i go in there i am greeted with a smile and the girls there seem to have my order memorized.
I’d rather get a mcflurry from McDonald’s. Cramped space. Poor service and the shake just isn’t great.
Meh.. A lot of people like the place. I don’t prefer it over any other place in town. I am not a fan of their customer service. I find it pretty mediocre.
