Awful!!!. Einstein Bagels in Logan Utah has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I don’t know how many times I have gone in there and have had to wait for the lazy apathetic employees to realize that someone is standing at the counter waiting to be served. They are rude and are usually standing around talking amongst themselves. The place is poorly managed and they rarely get the order right.

Yikes!. Einstein’s is one of my favorite breakfast chains around. I love their bagels and for a while they were offering a lot of different coupons (e.g. free bagels). The last few times I’ve been there I’ve been really concerned about the food handling that goes on there. One Saturday morning, we got out to the car to discover they gave us the wrong bagel. I brought the bagel back in to get the correct order. The employee looked in the bag and then delivered it to another customer. I touched that bagel with my hands. The next time I went, they dropped the bag with a bagel in it on the floor. The employee picked it up and handed it to the customer. Keep on driving.
