A grave insult to Korean cuisine and to the Korean people!!!. The little vegetable side dishes called ban chan are insipid, the main dishes not much better and the main feature–barbecue is sweet marinated beef or pork that they had stuck in the microwave! Execrable! And the place stank like hell. So-called restaurants of this ilk are a disservice to any cuisine they claim to be. I am deeply offended for the Korean culture and all my Korean friends~!!!.
One of my favorite places to eat in Logan. Don’t be discouraged by the owner/waiter. He might not seem friendly, but as a long time customer I can tell you that he is just very shy. Don’t be rude to him and he won’t be rude to you. As for the food, the Korean BBQ short ribs are the best I’ve had. The spicy pork is really good too and his numerous side dishes are great.
Would have LIKED to try the food…. My mom and I went here once a few years ago (sorry, just found this site) to try it for lunch. We weren’t familiar with Korean food, but wanted to give it a try. But the man there–who I believe is the owner–gave us dirty looks. He didn’t seem to like the idea that we wanted to actually look at the menus. And after looking at them, I wasn’t sure it was a good idea. I didn’t feel sick but I didn’t feel great either, so I thought it would be best not to try it right then. We wanted to say something and apologize, but the man had vanished! We had to just walk out. Stupid us, we went next door to the Korean market, not realizing that the same nasty old man was working there too! We were looking for a few things you can typically get at a Korean market, but left after a couple of minutes of the guy trying to kill us with his glare. As if HE was doing US a FAVOR?? No. Will NEVER try again!!!!
