A wonderful hole in the wall Italian restaurant. On a nice evening the outdoor seating makes for the perfect aroma. Staff is friendly, food is delicious. Great wine selection. I was very pleased.
Worst service I have ever had.. I called ahead to make a reservation for 530 which is right when they opened. Showed up right on time. Doors were locked. Waited 15 minutes. Doors still locked. Finally as we were walking away someone came and opened the door and let us in, said hello…and walked away. They left us there in the door for another five minutes. The rest of the night was the same way. No drinks refilled. Sat down in the only seat where the cushion guts were spilling out of the seat. Just ridiculous. I will never go back and i will encourage anyone who wants to reconsider.
Can’t wait to go back.. With 4 kids at home, our most treasured date nights are good ambience, good food and time together. Le Nonne was the perfect gem! I was grateful to show up at 6 PM and be seated in minutes to a cozy nook near the fireplace. We shared a Caesar Salad and for an entree, Creamy Gorgonzola Penne with Pears. Pears?! It was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t get enough. When the Jazz music began, I seriously didn’t want to leave. The hostesses and servers were all kind and very helpful. I think you get out of your experience what you put in. So take it all with a grain of salt.
