Always tasty. I used to frequent The Skyroom when Chef Perez was head here, and I was always impressed with the flavor and freshness of the food. I hear that under Chef Peterson it’s even better. It’s a unique lunch experience for Logan, with classical piano music gently filling the dining room full of USU staff and professors talking ever so quietly.It’s a great place for lunch when on campus.
