Makes Me Wonder. Where is management?! What about cleanliness?!! Are these things of the past? It is becoming more and more difficult to find a clean restaurant in St. George, UT. Here’s what I observed recently at the River Road location; mind you, it was not a busy time when I was in the restaurant. At least 3 employees (2 males and 1 female) on the premises who had no inclination to clean up spilled cream by the coffee, crumbs all over the tables and floor, a grape on the floor, icing and something that was chocolate solidified on a chair where I wanted to sit, absolutely gross looking garbage receptacles that were full (of course), and the glass doors to enter the restaurant were dirty and gross. Honey, I didn’t even approach the restroom; I was afraid to. I observed the female employee take a paper napkin from a napkin dispenser and flick some crumbs off a couple of tables, when in reality she should have been using some sort of disinfectant and applying some good, old-fashioned elbow grease! Hasn’t any restaurant manager in St. George heard of sanitation? This lack of cleanliness and sanitation is rapidly becoming the norm in St. George, UT.

Great Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches!. I love Einstein bagels! I took home a dozen assorted to try them out! I was ready to become a regular when I looked up the ingredients in their bagels. I found out that high fructose corn syrup is in every one of their bagels except the honey wheat bagel. Why do they have to put that in their bagels?

Amazing experience!. I have been to Einstein ‘ s all over, and when I moved back to Utah I was excited to find out that there was a one here now. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews, but after I went and experienced it myself I was amazed at how fast and friendly the staff was. Very A++ I would recommend any hot drinks and bagel breakfast/sandwiches. Definitely impressed by this location.

The best bagels & coffee in town. I read some negative reviews on this place and just assume they were written by competition. The bagels are excellent and have no preservatives. The coffee is always hot and fresh and the sandwich’s are to die for. Yes, the staff needs some seasoning but hey the place just opened up. I say try it you’ll like it.

Once was enough. Went there for the first time this morning. Tried a gourmet bagel and was very unimpressed. The bagels I get at smiths are way better than the gourmet bagels I got here. So I can’t see me going back for any reason..not sure what the hype About einstien’s is……

Terrible Management….. When I searched the internet to see if this Einstein’s was open yet I stumbled upon the review about poor customer service. I didn’t think much of it since I had a gift card and was planning on going no matter what the review said. Boy was Scott right about customer service, I should have taken his advice… I had a gift card and at the time I guess the system was down, which I understand. But the manager was rude and completely arrogant about the whole situation. All I was expecting was an apology and him admitting it was their fault, instead he made it seem like it was my fault. This guy definitely needs to review his customer service skills especially since he is a Manager!!! I would only recommend going here if you don’t really care how you are treated…

Visited the shop and was more than unimpressed. The management and staff seemed very untrained and unaware of what customer service is all about. I wanted to try the shop and bagels out, but left thinking that their bagels aren’t worth the high prices. For my money I will go back to Paradise Bakery.
