Tasty Pizza!. I really like Papa John’s pizza… they have a nice website that makes it really easy to order online. They also sell yummy dipping sauces for the crust (I really like the garlic one). They usually do a great job and my order is almost always ready to go when I get there to pick it up; I did have one occasion where they messed my order up, but no one’s perfect all the time. However, overall, they are great and I’m sure I will continue to frequent this place.

So we all know papa johns has AMAZING food!! thats why we go there right? well, unfortunately saint george is burdened with a less than exceptional papa johns. ya the food is always good.. but can u say NO CUSTOMER CARE??? not a single person in that restraunt, including the manager and THE OWNER cares about providing even remotely decent customer service, or even treat customers like humans. so next time u wan to get yelled and cussed at by someone taking your order, and then messing i up… PJs is the place 2 be!!
Rude to Cherrycreek Radio Coupon. The manager of this Papa John’s have extreme anger to people who have Cherrycreek Radio Discount tickets. Avoid his store…. rude,… rude …. rude.
Pitiful Papa John’s pizza. If you love Papa John’s pizza as my family and I did, you’ll be grossly disappointed by this location. Our order was a mess and management refused to fix it! It’s a shame there is only one in St. George, as we will have to stop frequenting a past favorite.
Quality not what you’d expect!. Below-par product at this location, Horrible customer service, rude managing owner Mike deviates from the standard and quality. Don’t believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee because he won’t honor it when you call to complain which I’m sure you will if you order from this store!
AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!. I LOVE papa johns pizza, but this location is horrible!!! They screwed up our order and when we called to complain there were no apologies. They wouldn’t make a new pizza, they wouldn’t refund anything and they were extremely rude on the phone. It’s too bad that such a good franchise has such terrible management. Order from pizza factory instead, the quality of both food and service are much higher, yes it’s more expensive, but the coupons in your phone book will make it just about even! They have lost me as a customer for good, don’t support this franchise, they are bad people that own and manage it!!!
