I remember when these pretzels were great; boy have the times changed! Stopped in here, craving a pretzel one day and having actually being in the mall, decided it was a good choice. Wrong Choice more like it. First off one of the two gals behind the counter was complaining that they didn’t get paid that day, something the other customers and I could probably have cared less about and it just wasn’t appropriate front of house talk. Granted there were a couple of young gals. When I settled in and took a bite of my pretzel I was sorely let down. It was one dry, non flavored hunk of bread. Simply terrible. My advice is to get some sort of dipping sauce so you can choke this down. I literally couldn’t even finish this it was that bad. The BEST advise I can give is to literally just stay away! Bleck.
