Boo. Hiss. Used our Dixie Direct to go to Yogurtland, a place we had yet to try as we are hardly on that side of town looking for froyo plus we are Menchie’s lovers. Walked in and no one was at the counter and I thought I was going to go instantly deaf because the music was so loud. Proceeded to look over the flavors. while they have a large variety most I steered clear of. I choose S’mores and tried it out of the cup. BLECH! It tasted like it was from a container that sat too long, very chemically and not sweet or good in any regard. Then tried the Salted caramel. Better but not the greatest; lastly I got the New York Cheesecake. 100% NO flavor. Then moved on to the toppings bar and at that point a young gal finally came out from the back but didn’t say a word. someone else then walked in and she promptly greeted them and offered sample cups. This happened once more while I was there. The toppings bar: spans too far back and the sneeze guard comes too far down so you’re having to do a limbo move to get to anything in the back. The middle section had a big window cling on the guard so you couldn’t even see what was in the middle, not a lot of liquid toppings either. I didn’t even finish all of mine because it just tasted terrible. The brownies, while over sized and weighty, WERE good. Moist and flavorful, unlike the actual frozen yogurt. I’m glad I had the BOGO or else it would have ruined my day more. Will stick to tried and true Menchies!
