Went to the new South Jordan location. Pictures do it pretty decent justice. If you know BBQ do yourself a favor and go up the street to R&R. These were the worst ribs in terms of color, texture, dryness I have ever had and a true smoker would never saturate their meat in a sauce and a cup to serve it. Quite poor attempt at salvaging food.
I’ve eaten the brisket here several times and it’s bland. It’s also overly trimmed so there’s no fat. There’s also no bark or smoke flavoring. It tastes like pot roast, which any brisket cook knows is caused by foiling your meat too soon.I know good brisket, and this is a far cry from competition quality barbecue brisket.
