AMAZING!!!!! We tried the Vegas roll and the fugi rolls delicious. The coconut shrimp was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was so sweet, quick and very attentive. We will be back.
First off I have to say that their lunch prices are amazing but price is not enough . Everything I have had thus far has been just ok. My biggest complaint is the rice used in the sushi rolls. It seems to be lacking something, perhaps it is not enough rice wine vinegar, sugar, kombu or all three. The rice leaves the roll flat which makes the ingredients carry the flavor. With eel sauce that is fine as the sauce marries well. On a salmon roll however it doesn’t work. I would love to try this place again if the rice changes but the great prices don’t outweigh my desire for great sushi.
