I came across Salazar’s Cafe a number of years ago and have been a regular since! My favorite item is probably the enchiladas but I love everything I’ve had! I usually go with their daily specials, though they have my favorite chips and salsa and amazing tacos so I usually add one of those on the side! One of Salt Lake’s best kept secrets!
What a great place to eat! Better than any Mexican joint around South SLC. Authentic, delicious and fairly priced.
Very mediocre. Although the flavors were okay, the overall meal wasn’t very good. It wasn’t fresh, the quality of the products seemed average at best, and the price you pay ($14.50 for a basic plate, drink, and tip) for what you get certainly is not worth it. Too many good Mexican restaurants nearby to settle for this one.
