Very Good Food and Service. I went there for lunch and although it was a little slow, the wait was worthy. I would definetely go back and try other things. The servings are small, compared to the general american servings. I would recommend the place, good sushi, and I loved the fresh vegetables. Great experience!

Simply the best Korean restaurant. Tried this place a year ago and just loved everything we ordered! Sooni is what makes this place special and can’t wait to go back this weekend when we visit Salt Lake City. Price is very reasonable for the amount of portion you get. I’ve always recommended Cafe Seoul to all my friends!

Ordered spicy chicken bugolgi on 15 July 2013. It was great!!! The restaurant appearance is deceiving because it looks like common Asian wing joint. However, looks were definitely deceptive. Very Friendly Service and Food prepared fresh!!! …and I am from NC.

Shocking prices & portions – Will not go back. We tried out Cafe Seoul tonight because we wanted to find a local korean restaurant and the reviews were great. Things have changed…I will state that the service was excellent. There was no Sooni there, just a young waitress who was excellent and a guy in the back making the food. We ordered the Kalbi – BBQ short ribs – and the Bi Bim Bap. The short ribs had a picture next to them on the menu with a large plate of food. The price is now $16 for this dish. When it came out the meat did not appear to be rib meat, there were no bones like in the picture, and there was EXTREMELY LITTLE MEAT. For $16 we could have fed our entire family dim sum. The Bi Bim Bap was pricey as well, I believe $14, and was basically a giant bowl of rice with a little bit of everything else and an overcooked egg. Sad because I love a runny egg. My 8-year-old daughter who eats like a bird also ordered the 5-peice pot stickers with fries. In the picture there were a lot of fries – MUST more than the 12 fries she got. She was still hungry after. Really disappointed.

Your Korean Mother – Sooni. You either love Sooni or you don’t. If you love her, then you will endure the fact that she does it all; she waits, she cooks, she serves and she cleans. So, things don’t happen quickly, so don’t come if you have a schedule. When you can savor it, come and enjoy. The food is tasteful and plentiful. Although I have never been to South Korea, I have heard plenty of customers who have, comment on how authentic it is. As far as I am concerned, it is the only Korean restaurant in town!

Fantastic KALBI. I love this place! Sooni is the best ever. Portions are huge, food is delicious! Best Korean food in town. I love the bulgogi and kalbi. Everyone needs to try. Prices are better than anywhere else I’ve been. Go in, Sooni will take good care of you. You will never leave hungry. I recommend the Kalbi, she does it better than any place in town I’ve been to, and for half the price.
