Great peppersteak love it with extra peppers, best fries and onion rings in town. Staff is great too!
The place is true to it’s name and serves up a sub that tastes authentic in an atmosphere that really gives you the experience of visiting a classic family owned sub shop on the East Coast. Their thin crispy fries are served up with plenty of sauce and the pastrami sub is a delicious must have if you like that type of sandwich. My only complaint is that the subs are a bit tough and could benefit from a wider variety of breads. This is a must try if you are looking for a fresh alternative to the typical sub franchise.
Great sides, pretty good cheesesteaks. Their scones are too die for, onion rings are excellent here, but the cheesesteaks are just pretty good. I do like the soft rolls they use, but their meat is always on the dry side. They make them with way too little cheese and very little grease, which is strange for a cheesesteak.Sure it’s good folks here, and there is always a dedicated lunch crowd. I like it, but there are a few better places in town.
Philly cheesesteak, pepper relish, fries. Good food all around. Great fries and onion rings. Tasty Philly cheese and to die for pepper relish.extra on the side is the way to go. The service is great and the owners are really friendly and remember you. Great place for lunch or dinner.
Nothing special. Save yourself a visit to a not very good sandwich shop and go to DP Cheesesteaks instead.
Just ehhh…okay. Fries and onion rings below average. If I don’t want to drive to south town mall’s Charley’s grill sub and I dying to have Grill sub, I might go back there again. Charley’s Grill Sub is like an upgraded version of East Coast Sub. Charley’s has fresh gill veggie unlike East coast has the canned mushroom and Charley’s has more meat, more lettuce, more cheese. OH!!! and Charley’s Fries are soooo delicious!!! Definitely need to TRY the FRIESSSS
I have to say, the sandwiches are just okay. Not an outstanding value for the price. So close to being good, but compared to the competition it falls short. If you’re in the area, & on foot, it’s a good option.
