Good product—bad customer service!! Purchased their 24 oz Iron Strong smoothie. Within five minutes of driving thru their drive thru I was ready to head home and enjoy my smoothie. While transferring the beverage from my work vehicle, the styrofoam cup flexed and cracked causing me to drop the entire smoothie in the parking lot. I called the store advising them of the incident and all they could tell me was that these cups are not very strong but the best for keeping the smoothies cold. They then said if I would return to their store they would give me a generous 15% discount towards a new smoothie! Now that is customer service!

Their Acai blend is my most favorite blend! You can replicate a dang good blend at home for a lot less money but after several attempts I can’t make one as good as Roxberry’s Acai juice!
