One day my fianc and I were visiting Weber for a literature conference. We decided to eat out after, which just so happens to be one of our favorite pass-times. My vote, as always, was for pizza. My fianc wanted Chinese. Needless to say, we ate Chinese. Bangkok Garden has the atmosphere you’d expect from any hole-in-the-wall Asian dining experience. Our pleasant stay was interrupted as our well-meaning hostess brought the food we had ordered. I opted for the pineapple curry and my fianc got lo mein. Pretty hard to mess up, right? I felt that the pineapple curry was a good idea but somewhere between the rubbery chicken and the mushy tomatoes it was lost on me. This, disappointing as it was, was nothing compared to the lo mein we were served. It had taste and texture comparable to a dish prepared by a starving student and reheated in a microwave a week later. If this weren’t enough, these two meals without drinks or any other extras put us at $25, far exceeding my expectations of one dollar sign as expressed by this app. Next time, we’re getting pizza. Thank you.

Best around!. I ordered a huge dine in with 4 kinds of curry, noodle dishes, and 2 pine apple fried rice. Everything was fresh, and they were great about customizing the curries (add broccoli to one of them (broccoli soaks up curry so deliciously!), make the red curry medium spicy, etc). Portions were generous, price reasonable, but most importantly it was so yummy. The curry us not so heavy as at other Thai places, which is a plus.
