One of my favorite restaurants in Ogden, though I’m sad they moved out of the Union Station. But the new location is very nice too. I love the pasta salad, pesto cheese tortellini, brown butter and mizithra, French onion soup, Cobb salad and the best bread pudding ever!
I have been going to union grill for years and will continue for years to come they serve some of the best food in ogden and the service is excellent
MMMM GOOD!. I love the Union Grill! They have excellent food, great service and they are located in a awesome building! I love the pecan chicken! So yummy! I also love there variety of salads to choose from. I have had most of them and they are all wonderful! My fave is the curry beef salad. THe UnionGrill is hreat for any meal and occasion.
The word disappointing doesn’t begin to cover my experience here tonight. I ordered the blackened salmon and the menu said it came with red potatoes (only two tiny potatoes BTW). I asked that they not be coated in oil or butter because I am watching my diet. When the plate comes the salmon doesn’t look blackened to me judging by the grill lines and is literally oozing oil. Additionally, there are mixed vegetables coated in oil and cheese. I guess my request didn’t translate in the waitresses mind to anything other than the potatoes. I would’ve sent it back, but we never saw the waitress again until she brought the check. What a terrible waste. There are a ton of restaurants on 25th, pick a different one.
The chef salad is wonderful. Fresh and loaded. The service is a bit slow but they are very busy during lunch.
AMAZING. Food is never a let down! My favorite is the Cajun Turkey sandwich, oh and the Salmon, bread pudding…well lets be honest I could go on. I have never had bad service, having worked in the restaurant business I know the challenges. I watch the servers managing 5 to 6 tables at a time sometimes even partiesof 20 or more by themselves! A lot of restaurants only have 3 or 4 table sections and have to split parties of 6 or more with another server. I think this place is great, good food with great service!
