Not Yummy and I Won’t Return!. I had an unpleasant experience. The frozen custard was full of ice crystals–obviously it had been subject to improper storage. Worse, the person who helped us served the ice cream, took our money, and ate a bag of chips behind the counter all with the same hands: no gloves, no washing. There was a damp cloth on the counter and perhaps she wiped her hands on that–but all in all I wasn’t left with any confidence in the hygiene of the experience. The person who served us was also dressed inappropriately. She wore an apron over a very revealing dress. It was right for a night out dancing, but not right for work during the day at an ice cream parlor. Also, I got the distinct impression that she was waiting for us to leave–not the atmosphere I had hoped for for a nice break from the mall with my daughter.
