This place might become a classic in PC. 1st trip ordered the family plate (family was out of town) got the 3 meat combo, ribs were fall off the bone and awesome side of sauce, the fried chicken was very good as was the broiled chicken. For sides got fries (good), broccoli slaw (awesome), mac n cheese (needed seasoning) and corn on the cob (good). I did get this to go and think that may have hurt the fries. 2nd trip to go..got the crab po-boy (AWESOME!!!) and side of mashed potatoes which were good but I really was hoping for some gravy on them. Service is not fast BUT I think this is good because the orders are made fresh. I have no issue with waiting for quality. I hope this place sticks around for a very long time. One other thing, please give the kid at the register another way out to the floor to fill water stations and deliver drinks my god!! It was making me crazy watching him go thru those kitchen doors back and forth to do his job. Give the bar a opening.
