Now that’s Italian!. We have had dinner at Cisero’s for the last 4 years during our annual trip to Park City. Consistent, excellent quality food. Butternut squash ravioli’s (with meatballs) were excellent this latest visit.
Worst Bar Ever. As a local, I highly discourage anyone from going to this restaurant and bar. The staff is INSANELY rude, the man at the front desk swore at me this evening… I’ve had problems at this bar multiple times with the staff and the food is horrible. It’s by far the WORST place to go in Park City.
Delicioso!. We had a delightful meal this past weekend with friends we were visiting. We are from Paris and love to eat out. The food was very hearty, home cooked and very delicious, I was reminded of my grandmothers Italian food, which was always the best! We ordered the the Eggplant Parmesan, the Cioppino, the Veal Marsala and the Penne with Chicken. Everything was superb and we are only sad that we will not be able to return as we have left Park City. We would love to return. Friendly, professional staff and management.
Very good and consistent. Dinner at Cisero’s last night was once again delicious and the service was fabulous. Our Cioppino was to die for and the Lasagna was really tasty. Our children are always treated with respect and shown a lot of attention with crayons, a toy basket and coloring papers. It gave my husband and I time to enjoy each others company and our wonderful wine. I will return again on my next visit.
The service is horrendous!. This place is terrible! We were trying to hurry back to Bear Lake to continue working late in the evening during late spring. We got there and waited 10 minutes for someone to come help us. After finally ordering our drinks we waited another 10 minutes to make our order. About 20 minutes later we got our salads (which they goofed and brought the wrong dressings). 30 minutes later we finally got our actual meals. We were all appalled at the lack of service at this place. We tried to warn a group of people that had just walked in and sat at the table next to us but they didn’t take us seriously. They waited for 15 minutes until we the waitress finally realized they were sitting there. She was standing at the bar talking to her friend for the entire 15 minutes!!! Completely oblivious to the fact that there were newcomers waiting for her to come by. This place is absolutely pathetic. Go to any other restaurant nearby (there is another Italian restaurant just a few feet away) but do not waste your time here! You will regret it!
