Average. Good ambiance. Quick service. But average. Disappointed by the mozzarella app. It was simply a cheese pizza with no sauce. Had the meatballs.…

Excellent locals place!. Came here with some friends a couple days ago and was highly impressed. It is hidden away in a cool locals part of town and very nicely decorated. I went for the roasted caprese sandwich and found it impeccable. Thick slices of mozzarella in a delicious bun with tomatoes and pesto. Came with a side salad and really hit the spot. Our server was on top of things and put much care into how well our experience was. Great time at Fuego and will be back as long as I’m here in Park City.
Having had a 5 star Italian restaurant in San Diego in the early 90’s, and having eaten there over 20 times in the last 5 years, I would give them 5 stars for all 5 years
Bad Service. When we came in we were told by the hostess that they were only serving pizza and salad. No big deal. After ordering our food I told the waiter (since there were four of us) that we would need two checks. He informed me that he would do it tonight but wouldn’t do it if we came back again. Then my wife ventured to ask if they might have hot chocolate. He smirked at that and acted like she was an idiot for even thinking that might be a possibility. Then someone else brought our food and our waiter spent the rest of the night talking with some guy at the bar. It was only after flagging down another staff that he came and deposited our bills on the table. Other than that the food was actually good but I don’t like feeling like I’m an inconvenience when I go out to eat. At Fuego I felt like it would have been preferable, to our waiter at least, if we had never come. Again the food was good and I realize that one waiter doesn’t necessarily reflect the attitude of an entire restaurant. Having said that, I won’t be going back and neither will the couple we went with.
Good food, Terrible service!. I came in at lunch time with a coworker, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The only waiter in the restaurant acted very irritated that he even had to serve to us. He was impatient and short with us with any request we made. I ordered a sandwich, which was good, but it didn’t make up for the ultra-lousy unwelcoming service.
Great local bistro! lunch deals are filling and tasty… my favorite pizza in town
Are people nuts?! 84% liked this place and I don’t see how. This is supposed to be a good Italian bistro, but the pizza here is sub par. Overdone, hard crust, and greasy as can be. The restaurant was so hot (invest in an AC unit) too made eating a workout. I’ll take a frozen Totinos pizza over this place.
Mmmm my mouth gets watery every time I think about Fuego.. Their food is very good! I love the frittata and the Gorgonzola pasta with shrimp..
