Really good. Really enjoyed the meal here. The Mussels were FANTASTIC…the best that I’ve had in quite some time. The Onion Soup was really good too. Great steak…no bad dishes among four diners. Even the bread basket was really good. Decor is also really nice. Only negative is the amateur-like service. Among other things, they forgot to bring out our two side dishes (Creamed Spinach and Mac-and-Cheese) until we were almost finished with our main course. And the hostess said that she couldn’t tell us how long it would take for our reserved table to be ready…she asked us if we wanted her to tell the diners to vacate the table. We assured her that we just wanted her to give us an idea of the timing…were they on the appetizers or on their dessert?
Surprisingly Average. My wife and I ate for the first time at this St. Regis restaurant in Park City. What a beautiful setting, thoughtfully designed space and impeccable service. However, the food was shockingly bad. Average quality ingredients pared with subpar preparation created dishes that I would never have expected at this restaurant. I can’t imagine that Jean-George would want his name tied to the food coming out of this kitchen. If I were an owner, I would be embarrassed.
Excellent!. Not sure I found anything that I did not like about Jean-Georges Deer Valley restaurant. The ride up to the St Regis was stunning and having a beverage outside on the patio was a perfect way to start the evening. Get there at 5:30 for a champagne tasting which was nice. We had the short ribs and the sea bass which were perfect. Service was spot on and the wine list offered everything we wanted. Loved it!
