Loved our dinner at Lespri – very classy. We had a large group for dinner at Lespri to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The experience was excellent in all respects (and my frame of reference is high end restaurants in major cities throughout the U.S.). The staff was professional, proactive and highly competent. The meal was delicious. And the setting was beautiful – intimate, classy, very comfortable. I would recommend Lespri to anybody, and we will be back!
Fantastic service, out-of-this world prime steaks, an sushi that will ow your mind. It is expensive, but on par with all the other fine dining restaurants in Park City. Have been there both for a quiet dinner with my husband and a group dinner with business. Amazing both times. Really a hidden gem in Park City.
THE Place for Steak in Park City. We were blown away by the steaks here, and such a nice change of pace to have sushi for your appetizer or salad. My wife was incredibly happy about that! Loved the beignets for dessert and for the first time we didn’t argue about red or white wine with their vast BTG wine list. Definitely a repeat next time we visit Park City.
The thing that I don’t like most about this place was its price. It had exceptional food, but you had to pay your firstborn child to eat there. I’ve had fantastic steaks and a lot of fantastic places, and after ordering the $50 steak here, I had high expectations. While the steak was good it was no $50 steak. As for the sushi, it was adequate, but nothing special. Good for feeling exceptionally fancy, but your money is better spent elsewhere.
NOT the Venue for a Group Event. I scheduled a dinner at Lespri Prime Steak and Sushi for our key company Executives and their spouses and the entire experience was FAR BELOW EXPECTATIONS. **SERVICE WAS POOR** The staff was either not prepared for a large group or had not been trained on how to handle service to a large group. While our group was only 16 people, we were forced to order from the banquet menu – weeks prior – so there is no excuse for not being prepared. Items were brought to tables out of order, food was delivered without utensils, staff was unfriendly, food was terrible no quality assurance measures were taken by the serving staff, etc… **FOOD WAS BELOW STANDARD** with the exception of the Sea Bass. I heard nothing but terrific things about the Seas Bass; however, every single steak was burned not sure how a specialty steak venue could do that to every single steak, but it happened. The other complaint was the sushi: not only was the quality poor, very few pieces were actually served when we had paid for 2-rolls per person. Overall, the sushi was bland and did not live up to the excellence expected from Lespri. Bottom line, no one was impressed and it was difficult to answer as to why the bill was so costly ($245/per guest). It was very embarrassing me as the event planner to have this type of feedback from the group. The catering coordinator was a pleasure to work with; however, the entire restaurant staff failed to deliver on the Lespri reputation. No one in our group wants to return for another event or even as a guest. When I brought our issues to light to the catering coordinator she was very responsive; however, the solution offered by the Managing Partner was to treat me and a guest to another dinner, which was offensive. I’m not interested in a free meal at a restaurant that has already proven they are sub-par. My advice if you need to schedule a group event – AVOID LESPRI. THEY WILL DISAPPOINT.
Steak and Sushi. Very quiet, romantic and classy place. The service was excellent. Extremely friendly staff. Reservations recommended as there isn’t a large dining area. I love the concept of steak and sushi, first time trying it and it was AMAZING. Sushi was very fresh and the steak aged and tender. I recommend going later at night to enjoy a better ambiance with that significant other. They also have a parking lot with plenty of spaces.
