Royal Street Treat. Located in the popular Silver Lake Lodge in the epicenter of Deer Valley Ski Resort, the Royal Street Cafe a highly enjoyable bistro specializing in creations you might not expect to be available where you wear ski boots! Service is attentive but casual, and there’s patio seating on sunny days with an amazing view of multiple ski runs.The crawfish bisque is a signature for lunch, as well as the turkey chili. An excellent bar with a good selection of craft beers.Decidedly more Romantic atmosphere in the evening, and you can’t go wrong at either meal here. A special place!12 Dec, 2008Wow!. Spectacular view of amazing Deer Valley skiing, and the best crawfish bisque anywhere – including New Orleans (where you can’t ski, anyway!).
