What a delight. We had such a great time trying the small plates, drinking cold sake, and even cooking some of the food ourselves. My 9 year old son loves Asian style food of any kind, but he thought this place was just super. Our receipt said our server’s name was Chewie, and he was excellent also. Awesome place. Great food. Sat at the sushi bar. Excellent service. Combo salad with seaweed, papaya & smoked squid was fab. Veggie Delight roll with tempura asparagus, red peppers, shiitake mushrooms topped with avocado was delish. Tasty Miso soup too. The dessert, Mango and Green Tea Mochi was out of this world! Restaurant has a great vibe. We will definitely be back when we visit Park City.
Epicurean adventure. Four of us dined while in town for skiing. Just told the waiter to keep bringing out dishes until we said stop. It was an epicurean adventure! Firecracker Shrimp was melt in your mouth…then exploding with flavor!
As a local I’ve enjoyed many of the Park City restaurants…Shabu has set a new standard! I took 3 friends with me and a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences! Our server was very knowledgable in recommending gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Every dish we had was amazing- we had a couple appetizers, sushi rolls, small plates and large plates and sake too. It was one of the best dinners I’ve had in Park City- the atmosphere, service, food all were 10 out of 10. Looking forward to my next visit- you cannot go wrong with Shabu!

Good atmosphere and friendly enough staff but simply over priced. Off of main street and this place would be priced 40% less. The fish was fresh and the specialty rolls were nothing special. spent $95 (no drinks) & left hungry. If value is no issue, try it out.
There are many better places in PC. Im not too picky but I would give this place a D+. There was one good dish out of our party of 8. 7 unsatisfied guests. The funny thing is after we were done here we were all still hungry so we went to another sushi bar close by. Much better!!! The restaurant owner was rude and off-putting. I really have no idea why this place has good reviews.
