Best food in PC. Vinto is the place to go if you want to eat nontraditional but delicious Italian food. They have a great variety of dishes, and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. The pizza is to die for, you can’t find pizzas with better crust anywhere else in town. The Regina, with Italian bacon, is amazing, and the traditional meat sauce pasta is really yummy, too. What blew my mind was the molten chocolate lava cake; I have been fantasizing about it ever since! All in all, the food is great, so is the decoration, and the service. 5 stars for sure!
Just ate here tonight and the service was awful. The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. How they keep him is beyond my comprehension. Will never be back or recommend to anyone.
Mind blowing, best Italian ive ever had. 5 stars.
Embarrassingly poor service. Though our food was pretty good this evening, we had a terrible time with the service. When our order was severely delayed coming out of the kitchen, our server made excuses without apology. Our table neighbors even piped up in our defense, confirming that our service necessitated managerial attention. When the manager was consulted, she too made excuses and inadequate offers to better our experience (free dessert? no thanks). On top of that, as we were trying to take care of our bill and exit, we were delayed again by the staff’s inability to send a server and/or manager. We certainly weren’t looking for a free meal, and displayed great patience with the ineptitude of the staff. We were baffled that we had a to suggest a comp might be in order, and only somewhat relieved when they took care of half of the bill. The evening certainly turned out to be more of a hassle than it was worth.
Extremely Exceptional Entrees. When I first saw the look of this place we knew that the food would be to die for. They decor is very tasteful with corkscrew booths and nice sleek walls. After I received the menu, I ordered the brushetta and margarhita (pizza not cocktail). The brushetta was awe-shocking piled high with fresh arugula and some balsamic vinaigrette. After we munched the last few morsels of the brushetta, the pizza suddenly slid right to me nice and warm. The pizza was delicious and accumulated with fresh basil. It was really good, except I wish they would use real parmigiano-reggiano or at least bull mozzarella that comes in little balls instead of the shredded prefab fare. Overall, this restaurant was an exceptional Italian restaurant with very exquisite decor.
Vinto–Amazing place. Friendly atmosphere. Fabulous food. The homemade sausage is wonderful. Met the chef Ann Carothers and got to tell her how much we enjoyed it. I have traveled a lot to Italy, and I think any Italian would enjoy the experience. Also ask for Bradley — friendly and cute and helpful. Already looking forward to next trip to Park City and dinner at Vinto.
