We found this place due too a groupon. Food here is excellent tasting & comes with large portions. However the non native English speaking staff kind of negates the positives: I ordered a waffle combo but asked for 3 waffles. They processed to over charge me for 3 convos. Then gripe when I clarified it with them but they but still ended up over charging me and not even giving me bacon that I ordered. Good food, bad service. Be wary of what you order and what they think you order!

Attitude of help was awful. Woman who took my order acted like she had a bad smell on her upper lip and was doing me a favor to take my order. Got my order wrong! Just left in frustration.
Had the French dip here and loved it.
Gluten free what?. To have a bagel and sandwich shop advertise Gluten Free and then have NO gluten free alternatives for their signature items is ludicrous. They sell bagels, sandwiches and burgers… NONE of which you can have GF. This should not be listed as Gluten Free Friendly.
Good food, liked the staff. We found this place looking for something that was open after 9 pm and ran across this little joint. We ordered a panini to spit and a smoothie. They were both really good- the panini was hot off the grill and had a lot of flavor- the fries were crispy and tasty. We also got a peach smoothie which was new and it was awesome. The staff was super friendly and even though we got there 20 minutes before closing, we offered to get out food to go and they insisted we stay and were still really nice and helpful. We liked it so much we went back the next morning for breakfast and were equally impressed.
Their French dip is terrible….. ..as is the rest of their food — greasy and flavorless. Their sandwiches have cheap, gristly cuts of meat and way too much grease. I’ve tried both their French dip and reuben sandwiches and both were at the bottom with the worst I’ve ever eaten. Everything they serve here is underseasoned. Their French fries are some of the worst, processed fries I’ve ever had. I couldn’t stomach them…even McDonald’s fries are better. And the owners don’t really seem to care, just want to rush you through, slap down plates full of terrible food and send you on your way. Their customer service is very much lacking. I’m amazed a place this bad can remain open in Park City. Avoid it.
