We really like to go here because it’s close and you usually don’t have to wait so long, but you do have to know what to order. I don’t know why everyone raves about the tater tots. They’re typical tater tots. I just order the sauce with my fries, cause the sauce is the good part. I usually order off the specials (had an amazing shrimp salad and salmon wrap) but their Cobb salad, burgers, and pizzas are also great.
Go for the beer, not the food. Went here just a few days ago and was pretty disappointed. Their beers are great, no question, but the food leaves something to be desired. I ordered the salmon salad (I know…. I’m trying to be healthy…) which was supposed to come with house greens, radicchio, cilantro, garden radish, chilies, pomegranate seeds, scallions, diced avocado – so lots of goodies. I get a plate of wilted greens that look like they’ve been spread around to make it look like there’s more there than there is, a piece of salmon that’s no bigger than a matchbook, and pomegranate seeds. Nothing else… for 15$. Haha – and to top it off, the waiter wouldn’t split the check.As a student who rarely goes out to eat, and just wanted to have a good meal and beers with friends, this really put a sour note on my night.

Wasatch was a great pub at one time. Wasatch has great beers but since their fire a couple of years ago the pub has gone down hill. They completely changed the menu and the selection of food has also gone down hill. As a local living in Park City, Wasatch use to be the place where I would take out of town visitors. Not anymore. The service has also been horrible. Recently I ate there during the Kimball Arts Festival. The server brought the food, and it was wrong. He never came back to check on us and since we were hungry and it as over 30 minutes before he checked on us after serving us we ate the dish. This was the same result for Mothers Day. What an embarsement, to take my Mother In Law to. If you want a beer and good food go to Squatters or Red Rock not Wasatch.

Good Beer – Interesting Pub Grub. Good beer. The food is what you would expect in a Brew Pub. Nachos OK, calamari was pretty good, the Over the Top Mac N’ Cheese with the jalapeno, bacon and crispy onion was over the top! Enjoyed the ABCIt & S sandwich with some good sweet potato fries. The sandwich had an interesting combination of flavors and the chicken on it was OK, the bacon gave it some nice flavor along with the chipotle mayo and avocado.
Was in Park City with the while family — kids, grandma, etc. The folks at Wasatch were very accommodating. The food was good and the beer fantastic. Will return again without the kids just for more beer!
