Had a great lunch. Had the Caesar Salad and a bowl of cream of broccoli soup. Food was excellent and the service was great. They are doing a pretty cool thing with a pizza sampler that I plan to try next time I am in. Thanks for the great experience.
I love pizza and have gotten all over this great land. I take no pleasure in letting you know that Brick Oven leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe I ordered the wrong pie (I ordered the pan pizza). It was not good. It wasn’t that it was cooked wrong, just with the wrong flavors or something. I won’t be ordering from there on my next trip to Provo.
This is about as classic Provo as you can get, and its a classic for a reason. Its a really big restaurant (lots of rooms or caverns as I call them) and the food is pretty good. Not a lot of windows though so it feels pretty dark inside. Its definitely a place you should try at least once.
This was one of my favorite places to get pizza, especially as I would walk down from campus after school. The crust and flavor is always great, though I always had to ask for them to go easy on the cheese, because they really load it on! Customer service always seemed to be lacking when we went – which may be because it was so busy. My husband and I always liked getting the deal where you got garlic bread, salad, and an 8 inch pizza. It was the perfect size for us. My favorite pizza was the bbq chicken, but really, I was always happy with every kind I got. The free root beer on Mondays is always nice! clarkscondensed.com
Fantastic pizza, excellent salad bar, excellent service. Worth going out of your way.
Bland at best. So I noticed all the form letter lovers of this place. Weird.. the staff is fine but the food is not. There are too many pizza places to just be bland so no more brick pizza for me
Brick Oven is delicious!. August 21, 2014Brick Oven111 East 800 NorthProvo, Ut 84606Dear Brick Oven:I would definitely give Brick Oven five stars. They have great food and great service. Their waiters are very friendly and fun to be around. As long as you like pasta, pizza, salad, and soup, you will absolutely love it there. I have nothing bad to say about them. Their service is wonderful. The waiters are always checking up on your table and maintaining the dishes. They are never there too much. They also always have your checks to you on time. They time everything just perfectly. Their food is also very delicious. They have one of the best salad bars I have ever had. They have tons of different things to put on your salad. Its just good all around. They also have very good homemade pizza. It is some of the best pizza I have ever had. They have all sorts of different kinds to choose from. They also have an option to build your own pizza. And we could never leave out the famous homemade rootbeer. It is the best ever. They have a wonderful rootbeer float. Not to mention the rest of their deserts.Lastly but not least, the pasta. It is my absolute favorite part of Brick Oven. They have multiple different pastas to choose from and they make it right in front of you. You then are able to choose from about ten different sauces to put on your pasta. Although it might be a little pricey, it is really fun for kids. They love to get the creative noodles that they want to choose. They also have kid friendly sauces. Around dinner time, they have someone come around blowing up balloons. This is very fun for children because they are able to get a balloon and eat their delicious food. I would encourage everyone to go there. Its great!Sincerely,Makardi Taylor
