Poor. I was initially torn between wasting my time to write this review our just deal with the poor service and food here. Clearly, you see what won out. I had to wait 40 minuets for my food and EVEYTHING was dirty. My 3 yr old even commented on the lack of cleanliness. There were no napkins anywhere which was really convenient when my 10 month old throws up. There were no codoments in the dispensers and the soda was lacking syrup. No one was out to wipe the tables in between patrons. I had initially thought that this was just the place to be, but I quickly realized that the only persons here were college students who have no other choice in the area and with this price. The good reviews come from BYU students with no other options.
Just got introduced to the grill. Until last week I had only ever had the ice cream, which is super good and they give you a ton of it. I realized though that I had been missing out on SO much. Their burgers and fries are super good, too. Not the cheapest place but it is definitely a winner
Pleasant surprise. I was quite surprised by the burger. Much better than I expected from a place like this that has a semi-captive clientele.
The best ice cream, hands down. I am a picky person, but I love the ice cream at the Creamery. Get the mint cookies and cream AND the caramel cashew. They are both amaaaazing.
Variety!. I love going to the BYU Creamery. There are always so many things to choose from. I really love the ice cream. It’s the best ice cream around!
Great, Inexpensive ice cream!!. This is a fun place to take the grandkids; they love the ice cream and it doesn’t cost a lot! They have a nice selection!
