What’s the deal?. I’m a resident at the village who has had the opportunity to eat here a couple of times, and I cannot understand why this place isn’t packed with college kids. It’s a fun environment with some good dishes. Nothing to blow you away, but the pizza actually is quite good. It’s just so empty in there all the time though, not exactly the most inviting thing.
Not Midway. We have eaten at the Midway restaurant many times and never been disappointed–one of our favorite restaurants. We tried the Provo restaurant tonight and it was nowhere near the same–though we ordered our favorites. The wedge salad was not a wedge; not even iceberg lettuce. It was lettuce, partly frozen, that seemed to come from one of those salad-mix bags. My wife ordered the artichoke/mushroom salad. It was the same lettuce from a bag (partly frozen/soggy) and it didn’t have any artichoke hearts in it! We asked the woman we ordered from about it. She simply said they were out of artichoke hearts. It would have been nice to know that when we ordered. And it would have been nice to know there were no wedges for the wedge salad. It would also have been nice to get some apology or compensation. None offered, and we didn’t ask for any–we were done. That being said, the roasted mushroom pizza was delicious, just like it is in Midway. We will be driving to Midway to get it from now on.
