I ordered online and arrived at my chosen time to wait more than 30 minutes for my food. The floor of the resturant was just disgusting especially in the kitchen. I spent 20 minutes watching several staff members have a conversation and grab drinks, all while one poor girl was having to do all the orders by herself. After all of this they didn’t even get my order right. *** Update*** I emailed them to reach out and have yet to get a response after more than a week
Cafe Rio is a great place to eat. There are a lot of Cafe Rio’s pretty local so that makes it easy. The line is also a wait within reason. It doesn’t take to long so you can get out of there quickly. You can also see them making your food right in front of you so you know exactly what they are putting on it so there are no surprises when you eat it. The sweet pork salad with a cold Dr. Pepper is a great meal. You could get that for less than $10. That is a well paid for meal. It is filling and delicious. I definitely would recommend Cafe Rio for a quick and cheap place to go eat.
Lost phone order and hour wait ….. I called in an hour in advance to pick up the order and I arrived and waited for 30 minutes before I finally caught someone to help me. I saw people in line come and go while I waited . Finally they told me they were going to start on it soon , but I ran out of patience and went in line to get my dinner. So I guess never order pick up unless you want to waste an hour standing . Horrible experience , they did not care about what was going on there !
