New Owner – Superb. If you have not been to Carrabbas in a while, you might want to try it again. In about February they got a new owner and he has made major improvements in food quality and delivery. I have tried the Sirloin Marsala, Cobb Salad, Canneloni, Calamari, and the Pasta Weezie. Head and shoulders above Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden or the horrible Glorias Little Italy.
Really good. The only time that I have been here is after a comedy show I did where payment was dinner; so there is the potential that my review is skewed due to the lack of payment required on my behalf. Now keep in mind, that I am one of the owners of Dave & Cranky Chuckie’s, so I am quite accustomed to good food; I still think that Carrabba’s makes some amazing food. The only place that I have found that compares to our Chicken Marsala is Carrabba’s. It is creamy, it is sweet, it is great.

This place is delicious. I would take carrabas any day over macaroni grill. The sicilian chicken soup is amazing and they always have the best bread.
Favorite Italian!. This place is the best. The bread is always fresh and the dishes always taste like you rememberd them from the last time you were in. The pollo rosa is very good.
Don’t get to eat here often, but when I do, I always enjoy the chicken trio: bryan, marsala, and rosa maria. This combination platter is plenty to eat and gives you a taste of all three of their best preparations. It’s the only thing I ever get.
I love the sirloin Marsala.. When you order the calamari for an appetizer, ask for BOTH sauces. When you get the bread ask for the house dressing for a dipping sauce and don’t forget to ask for balsamic vinegar when they pour the oil for the bread. The Sirloin Marsala is terrific.. and the Pasta Weezie is also very good, but at its BEST if you sit at the bar and get it within 10 seconds of it being done. Great place.. Good food. Good Service.
