If there was a way to write a negative number review I would. Today I called to order an ice cream cake. I couldn’t understand the man very well and he was extremely rude and impatient. When I asked a few more questions, he continued to tell me he was very busy and didn’t have time to answer questions. He actually started yelling at me and I honestly could not believe he was so unprofessional and rude. I did not end up ordering today, and will not be ordering from them in the future. I found a different location, which was much better.
Ive had good experiences at this location, and while its in the thick of things close to the university, the service is fine and the Blizzards reign supreme. Any other place trying to mix candy in with ice cream will always be compared to Dairy Queen, but Dairy Queen always does it better.
Worst place I have been in a while. The staff is not there to help you! When placing an order they where out of almost everything from ingredients to all Orange Julius Products. Once the order was placed they made the Blizzard and put the bare minimum amount of ingredients as well as did not mix it. About three bites down it was straight vanilla ice cream.Super disappointed and would recommend a different location, this one is a joke.=/
What happened to these places?. A dairy Queen is so hard to find around here. They are in every little town around the United States, but hardly any where in Utah. Foods not great, but the chicken finger basket. Like the shakes, and the ice cream cakes rock.
I love DQ but this location is the worst! They seem to be understaffed pretty badly and every time I have gone the wait has been ridiculous! Once you finally get the food it’s fine but plan on waiting a loooong time. Unfortunately it is the closest DQ we have now since the other one (which was great!) got torn down for a road widening project.
