Another very good, hole-in-the-wall taqueria. I’d been here a couple of times before – about 15 years ago, so it’s probably changed hands a half-dozen times since then…so I figured I was overdue.Standard taqueria menu. Small salsa bar. Fairly big dining room. I tried three tacos – asada, carnitas, and pastor. The tacos were quite small, but at $1.25 per, it’s not bad at all.The pastor was griddled, and had bits of onion and pineapple. A bit dry, but quite flavorful. The asada was well-griddled and chewy. Good flavor. The carnitas were terrific…the crispy-chewiest carnitas I’ve ever had. Just superb texture, and good porky flavor, as well.These guys do tacos right.
