Best dessert in Provo!. We ate lunch at Guru’s today (a fave) and decided to get a treat from Enliten Bakery. The double chocolate brownie is to die for. It’s huge with lots of creamy chocolatey buttercream frosting. The brownie has pieces of chocolate in it. It’s the best dessert I’ve had in Provo…hands down.
I like the aim of the place, kind of indie and healthy. They could come up with some sandwiches that don’t have bacon on them though, holy cow. The fruit tart is good but sadly not as good as kneaders at alllllll. They do have a great selection of deserts and baked goods, though!!
