Great Burger – Not Fast Food. I live in Texas and ate at Joe’s Gourmet and loved the food. The location/environment is very average, but their Stoneman burger is ridiculous. The service is pretty slow as others have mentioned, so don’t go if you are in a hurry. I normally don’t have mushrooms on my burger, but it was arguably the best burger I’ve ever had. I look forward to eating there the next time I am in town.

Great burgers. Love these burgers. They’re huge, they’re juicy, they’re fresh, and they don’t skimp on anything. I couldn’t even recommend just one. I also am a fan of their sour cream ‘n’ onion fries and pork nachos, and even the mozzarella sticks seem higher quality. Service is always very friendly and it’s a chill place to hang out. Plus, their hours are great. Where else can you get a fantastic burger (or pretty much anything else) at midnight in Provo? Nowhere else, that’s for sure. It’s gonna be more expensive than other places – a combo with fries and a drink will run you $8-9 – but the quality of the food makes it worth it.My one and only complaint is that it’s not a place to go if you’re in a hurry. The food usually takes a pretty long time to come out – even small orders. I get the impression that their kitchen is understaffed. It’s a minor thing, though, and we’ll keep coming back often.

Best burgers in Prov/Orem area. I love burgers, and I think I’ve tried most every burger place around. In my opinion, Joe’s is hands down the best in the Provo/Orem area. They use really high quality meat from ranches in the greater Utah/Colorado area and hand pack their patties, (which makes a huge difference) they cover the patties while they cook to keep them juicy and keep them from drying out, they hand slice cheese from a big block, they buy their buns locally every day, and the list goes on. All those little things add up to seriously awesome burgers.
