Mucho Delicious!!!. The salsas were decent, but the fish tacos were MUCHO delicious! I will be going back soon. Great atmosphere, very clean, and classy for a Mexican restaurant. It is not the typical Utah Mexican American you get at Betos, Floribetos, Poopyourpantos, and every other drive thru 24 hour joint. Very classy place to take a date. Prices are a little higher, but all the food is fresh and much of it is organic! It is one of my new favorite restaurants in downtown provo for sure!

Wonderful and authentic Mexican and South American food. Spending half the year in Tucson makes us somewhat reluctant to try Mexican food while traveling, but we came across this gem while staying in the Provo area for a few days on our way to Wyoming. To call it a Mexican restaurant doesnt do the menu justice. This is not your average Mexican restaurant. It seems that great care has gone into the menu. We are always impressed when we find a place that provides authentic ethnic foods and this place fit the bill. They offer meals from Mexico and South America. We enjoyed it so much, we went back a second day. We had the salmon (my husband enjoyed it so much that he had it again on our second visit) the scallops, and the fish tacos (we had the beer battered, but they also come pan-seared.)The chips came with a choice of two salsas (both delicious) from a choice of five. Our server let us know that they were housemade as is the guacamole, which we didnt try.The menu states that they are using local produce when possible. Each meal we had was not only presented beautifully, but was delicious. On our second visit we learned that all the tortillas are also house made. We weren’t surprised since they were so fresh and yummy. On our first visit, our server seemed a bit frazzled, but it was quite busy in the restaurant. He let us know that it was their opening day. Given that information, we were pleased at how quickly our food arrived. The server on our second visit was very professional.Well return on our trip south.
