Nico’s used to be a staple. The best pizza hands down in the valley, and potentially in Utah. And thenmanagementchanged, and it all went downhill from there. Ya, the basics are there, however, what made Nico’s great is it produced a legitimate east coast pie. Now it’s a knock off. It’s too bad.

I tell everyone to come here and I actually wish that I lived in Provo sometimes because of this pizza but I’d probably eat it way too often so it’s okay that it’s a once in a while thing. They are really pulling off the wheat dough here and oh that deep dish. Dream come true. It’s kind of charred on the bottom and just so unique. And their house dressing (some kind of creamy Italian magic) is great for dipping or just straight up drinking. Whatever floats your boat. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Skip Pizza Pie and head back to Nicolitalia.

Best Pizza ever!. We’ve been there 3 times and we love their Buff Wings, Nicolitala Special Pizza, and the Eye of a Tiger. They also have lunch combos that include side salad and a drink. Just the right lunch! … and we just found out that Nicola DellaCioppa (Nic!) is back as their couch. This is good news! It is the best pizza in town!

Horrible Customer Service, not good food.. We have given this place 4 shots, each time has been awful. The first time they delivered but it took over 1 hour and 45 minutes. The second time we ordered the food was bland and rubbery. The third time they forgot 2 toppings on our pizza, and it took over 50 minutes to get! The manager promised a free pizza for the inconvenience, so I thought they at least were trying to fix my bad experiences. I just tried calling not 5 minutes ago and the man who answered the phone refused to honor the free pizza and said without a name of who promised it he couldn’t help! Not only was he rude, he refused to look it up on the computer, where the other manager had promised it had been put with my name. This is the final straw, I have tried to like this place, but honestly it has gone severely down hill over the last year and a half. I would highly recommend that you look at the other pizza options in the area, anywhere else will at least treat you like a human being and a customer. BEWARE! Below average pizza and awful customer service.

BEST DAMN PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD. Went to this place on a whim earlier today and I’m already trying to figure out when to round the whole family up to go back. All I got was a pepperoni sausage pizza either breadsticks and I couldn’t savor each bite enough! And their house dressing is money! Never ordering pizza ANYWHERE else again.

Better pizza has been made for cheaper, faster service. Don’t bother ordering carryout. When I went to pick up the one pizza I ordered, they told me I had to wait in the huge line in front of the one register they have before I could pay and pick up my food. 20 minutes later I finally left with my cold, bland pizza. What a waste of time and money.

East Coast Pizza In Utah? You Bet !!!. We had a large deep dish with sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese. Not a true deep dish, but a very good crust….crisp yet chewy. The sausage was plentiful and very tasty. The result was an above average pie. My wife also had a side Caesar salad. The greens were fresh and the homemade dressing was wonderful. The staff was friendly and exhibited a sincere interest in our satisfaction with our meal. Post Script…Being a N.Y. Yankee fan, I found the plentiful references to the Boston Red Sox very distasteful. However, exhibiting the sportsmanshipcommon tomost Yankee fans (and I might add, severely lacking in the majority of Red Sox bottom feeders…lord I love our rivalry), we highly recommend this place.
