This restaurant is in a great location in the trendy historic area of Provo on Center Street. I was looking for a good sushi place and unfortunately I was disappointed. The sushi menu is pretty limited to start with. I ordered a Deep Sea and a Spicy Tuna roll. I’m guessing that they were not made to order. They came out a little too fast for starters. The rice in both rolls seemed soggy and the Spicy Tuna roll had way too much mayo. They were both so bad, I just couldn’t finish them.I will say that the service was very good. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. That’s the only reason I can even give a 1.5 rating. It could be that sushi is simply not their thing and the rest of the menu is excellent. But I’m afraid I will never know.
