Had to send back the silverware because it was filthy. The pizzas are expensive, but not worth the extra cost. We went there because it had gluten free options, but won’t be back.

Excellent Pasta and Bread Twist. Really enjoyed the Creamy Chicken pesto. You could pick whatever noodle type you wanted. I had angel hair. Very rich tasting. Dipped the bread twist in the pesto…sooo goood! Highly recommend!

Awesome Place. Love the specialty pizzas here at the Pizza Factory, they have great choices but you can always create your own. My family likes the bread twists but I prefer the garlic bread with cheese instead. Have only tried the pasta once but it was good and fresh with plenty of flavor. As for the salad bar, there are plenty of toppings to choose from so if you like to build your own this is a good place for that. Overall, Pizza Factory is a great place and much better pizza than the Pizza Pie across the street. Don’t be fooled by the buffet over there, you end up spending much more per person and the quality doesn’t compare to the Pizza Factory.

Cheap Ingredients, Cheap Pizza, Pizza Factory. That title was supposed to be a play on the Papa John’s slogan. This is bad pizza. The dough was bland and the crust was crumbly. The cheese was clearly low grade and the toppings were generic. They also undercook their pizza, cheese had just barely melted. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but the price bugged me… If I’m going to spend $15 to $20 on a medium pizza I want the ingredients to be of better quality than a $5 hot and ready.

Bland and flavorless. The pizza had no flavor, and the salad bar was dirty.

Good American Pizza, awesome breadsticks!. The pizza is excellent american style pizza. The portions are huge. Do not miss the breadsticks. Twisted dough around a long stick brushed with butter and garlic. Dessert is good too. The cookie with ice cream is a nice treat perfect for sharing. Simple food, made well. The service is usually excellent.. though there have been a few misses.

Pizza Factory breadsticks are fantastic! The dough is wrapped around a long wooden stick and covered in garlic-buttery goodness.
