Unorganized. I called in advance, was given a few details, I was clear we were on our way. The entrance sign near the parking led to a locked door. We walked around to the front door which was also locked. I called, and spoke to the same lady, whom informed me the hours have changed; they are now only open on Fridays and Saturdays.
