This crust reminded me of a day-old bagel that was a little too chewy. Kinda ached my jaw to eat it. Threw the rest away. :( I like places that go for…

Fun flavors. I’ve been to SLAB a few times. The pizza is good, largely because it’s different. I really like the Meikel. You get 1/4 of a pizza, and you won’t eat more than that with how large the slabs are. Expensive if you’re trying to feed a lot of people, but it’s a fun and different date.
Awesome Thin Crust Style Pizza. We love it so much we’ve eaten there twice in a row at work this week! My personal fave is the BBQ chicken subbing the red onions for pineapple. The best pizza in Utah County.
I was pleasantly surprised. My student son dragged me here and I was worried, but the pizza was hot, plentiful, really good. I checked to see if there was another one near my office in SLC, but unfortunately this is currently the only one. I compare it to Pie 5, which is a popular spot near my office and the slab is way better in quality and quantity. I’m now looking for an excuse to get back down to prove to revisit this place!Update: I was down in Provo and took my son to the Slab again. The owners had purchases all their hatch green chiles for the year and were outside roasting, peeling, and preparing them for pizzas. If all their ingredients are that fresh and home made, I’m impressed. The negative: Their crust isn’t my favorite. It’s thin, but extremely dense and hard to chew. It’s like it has never risen. You really have to work at it.
Fantastic. Oh my! I love this place. We went for the first time while we were in town for Thanksgiving and I fell in love! Why was this place not here when I was in school? Probably because I would have spent all my tuition on delicious pizza!Do yourself a favor and get to Slab in the near future. You won’t regret it.
Just tried slab for the first time – it’s ok – the thing that bugged me was the extra charges – $1 for Carmelized rather than red onions on the pizza – give me a break. When you’re paying over $20 for a pizza you expect some flexibility on substituting – I won’t be going back!
Anyone that thinks brick oven pizza is better than slab is crazy. To me, slab pizza is making an amazing pizza crust. It is thin and crispy, but still a little chewy. Perfect! I always get the Hawaiian or the real Hawaiian, but I have tried a handful of others. If you are a thin crust kind of person, check it out!
Fun and delicious way to have a non-traditional pizza. There is an option for everyone on their menu….all pretty good
