Best in Provo!!!. I am amazed! Entering an old hotel, one would think that the experience would be dated…it wasn’t. The experience was awesome from the second we walked in the front door. The decor is a modern/rustic/contemporary blend and may just be the nicest lobby/restaurant in the county. The food was innovative. We loved the wild mushroom flatbread, the buffalo shrimp, and the steak salad. The flatbread was warm and the mushrooms were fresh. The shrimp had a buffalo sauce that was neither too hot, nor too mild. The presentation on the salad was pretty neat, tidy, and delicious. It arrived in presentation form much like a wedge salad. We will go back!!
